Five part families, every one cross-referenced before you order.

This is the whole boom sprayer parts catalog Pexalod carries: nozzles and tips, filters and strainers, hose and reels, camlock and push-fit fittings, and diaphragm pump seal kits. Nothing else. No tractor engine parts, no tillage steel, no seed.

How to use this page

Each family below carries its own photograph, its own spec table and its own price basis, so you can check the fit before you call. Prices are basis only — the binding number comes back in our reply once someone has checked the shelf.

We run seven people out of one Austin warehouse: counter staff, two who do nothing but cross-reference part numbers against TeeJet, Hypro, Arag and Wilger equivalents, and the crew that packs and ships. Orders confirmed before 2pm Central go out same day.

Every mesh count, orifice size and thread callout on this page is the same thing we print on the outside of the bag or box. If a spec is not in the table, we have not confirmed it, and we will say so rather than guess on a sprayer nozzle replacement that might not fit.

Spray Nozzles & Tips

A tray of flat-fan and cone spray nozzle tips sorted by size
A tray of ceramic and polymer tips, sorted by orifice size on the counter.

Flat-fan, cone and hollow-cone tips in ceramic, stainless and polymer bodies. This is the highest-turnover family in the building. It is the part that wears fastest and gets ordered most, because a worn tip throws a crooked pattern long before it drips visibly at the seat.

Cross-reference note

Stocked against TeeJet XR and TT series numbers and the equivalent Hypro and Arag tips. Tell us the orifice code stamped on the old body — usually three digits — and we confirm the flat-fan angle and material match before it ships.

A TeeJet nozzle equivalent is only equivalent if the orifice size and fan angle both match. We check both, not just the thread.

Nozzle & tip specifications
Body materialOrifice rangeRated pressureTypical use
Ceramic015 – 0815 – 90 psiAbrasive liquid fertilizer, high-volume herbicide
Stainless steel02 – 0615 – 60 psiGeneral herbicide and fungicide, long service life
Polymer015 – 0515 – 40 psiLower-cost seasonal replacement, light-duty tanks

Price basis

Priced per tip, by orifice size and material.

Flat fan nozzle sizes below 015 are made to order in small runs and carry a longer lead time. Ask before you plan around one.

Who this suits

Row crop operators running a fixed 110° flat fan for broadcast herbicide, and spot spray operators who need a cone tip for brush work along fence lines.

What we won't ship

A tip with no confirmed orifice code. We will not guess a size off a photo that does not show the stamp clearly — send a second photo instead.

Send the stamped code or the old tip's fan angle and we confirm the cross-reference before anything ships.

In-Line & Suction Filters

An in-line filter cartridge opened to show its mesh screen
A cartridge split open on the counter to show the mesh screen inside.

20 to 100 mesh screens in cartridge and Y-strainer housings, for the suction side and the in-line side of the plumbing. A sprayer strainer replacement is one of the cheapest parts in the catalog and the one most likely to get skipped, which is a mistake — a torn screen sends grit straight into the nozzles it was supposed to protect.

Cross-reference note

Housings match common Hypro and Arag suction strainer bodies and standard in-line cartridge diameters. Give us the housing diameter and the mesh count off the old bag and we match both, since an ag spray filter cross reference has to account for housing fit, not just screen size.

A spray tip mesh filter running finer than the nozzle needs will restrict flow at the boom before it ever throws an error on the gauge.

Filter & strainer specifications
Mesh countHousing sizeMaterialMax flow
20 – 30 mesh1.5 – 2 inNylon screen, poly housing40 gpm
50 mesh1 – 1.5 inStainless screen, poly housing25 gpm
80 – 100 mesh1 inStainless screen, brass or poly housing12 gpm

Price basis

Priced per filter, by mesh count and housing size.

Every screen ships with the mesh count printed on the outside of the bag — not a part code you have to look up to decode.

Who this suits

Anyone running fine-orifice nozzles below a 03 tip, where a torn or wrong-count screen shows up as clogging within a single tank, not a season.

What we won't ship

A finer mesh than your nozzle needs without asking why. Over-filtering just moves the clogging problem upstream to the screen itself.

Tell us the housing diameter and the mesh count from the old bag, and we'll match the replacement.

Spray Hose & Reels

Layflat spray hose wound onto a reel bracket in the warehouse
A length of layflat hose wound onto its reel bracket, warehouse aisle.

PVC and rubber layflat hose rated by working pressure, plus the reel bracket assemblies that keep it from kinking on the way back up. This is sold by the foot for repairs and as a full reel assembly for a replacement, which changes the price basis depending on what you actually need.

Cross-reference note

Reel brackets are matched to common boom sprayer mount patterns; tell us the mount width and whether the old hose was PVC or rubber, since the two have different burst pressures at the same diameter and agricultural hose fittings on each end are not always interchangeable.

Hose & reel specifications
Hose typeWorking pressureDiameterReel compatibility
PVC layflat100 psi3/4 – 1.5 inStandard bracket, most boom mounts
Rubber layflat150 psi3/4 – 1 inHeavy-duty bracket, wider drum
Reel assemblyFits 100 – 400 ftManual or geared crank options

Price basis

Priced per foot or per reel assembly.

Cut lengths under 25 feet carry a small cut fee. Ask when you send the length you need.

Who this suits

Operators patching a single burst section mid-season, and anyone replacing a reel bracket that has finally cracked at the mount after years outdoors.

What we won't ship

Rubber hose rated below the working pressure your pump actually runs. Tell us the pump's rated output, not just the hose diameter.

Send the mount width and the length you need, in feet, and whether it's a patch or a full reel replacement.

Camlock & Push-Fit Fittings

A parts tray of brass and polypropylene camlock fittings sorted by size
Brass and polypropylene camlocks, elbows and tees, sorted by thread size.

Brass and polypropylene camlock couplers, elbows and tees. These are the parts that go missing mid-season. Dropped in the grass while swapping hose, or seized onto a fitting nobody has touched since last year. A camlock fitting agriculture crews can grab from stock beats waiting a week for a distributor order.

Cross-reference note

Sized by nominal thread — 1/2, 3/4, 1 and 1.5 inch — and cross-referenced against the standard camlock coupling classes (A through F) so a fitting from one brand mates correctly with one from another.

Fitting specifications
Thread sizeBody materialFitting typeSeal
1/2 inPolypropyleneElbow, tee, straight couplerEPDM gasket
3/4 inBrassCamlock coupler, cap, plugNitrile gasket
1 – 1.5 inBrass or polypropyleneCamlock coupler, teeEPDM gasket

Price basis

Priced per fitting, by thread size.

Buying a full set of gaskets alongside a coupler costs less than a callback two weeks later when the old one dries out.

Who this suits

Crews assembling a new hose run from scratch, and anyone replacing a cracked polypropylene body after a winter left it outside.

What we won't ship

A coupler class mismatch that looks like it fits but won't seal under pressure. Tell us both ends of the connection, not just one.

Send the thread size and whether you need brass or polypropylene, and we confirm the match before it ships.

Diaphragm Pumps & Seal Kits

Hands fitting a replacement diaphragm into a boom pump housing
Fitting a replacement diaphragm into an open boom-pump housing.

Replacement diaphragms, seal kits and check valves for boom pumps. A cracked diaphragm on a boom pump usually means the strainer upstream failed first. Grit got through and cut the rubber. Replace both or you'll be back in two weeks with the same complaint.

Cross-reference note

Kits are matched to Hypro pump parts numbers and the common Ace and Udor diaphragm pump bodies. Give us the pump model stamped on the housing casting, and we confirm the diaphragm material and check valve style before shipping a diaphragm pump seal kit.

Hypro 9000 seriesDiaphragms, valves, gasketsSantoprene180 psi
Ace FMC seriesDiaphragms, check valvesBuna-N150 psi
Udor Kappa seriesDiaphragms, valves, O-ringsSantoprene200 psi

Price basis

Priced per kit, by pump model.

A full kit with valves runs more than a diaphragm alone but saves a second teardown a month later.

Who this suits

Anyone who has pulled a pump housing apart and found a torn diaphragm, and wants the check valves inspected in the same job rather than twice.

What we won't ship

A diaphragm kit without asking about the upstream strainer. If that screen is torn, the new diaphragm fails on the same schedule as the last one.

Send the pump model stamped on the housing and we confirm the correct seal kit before it ships.

Questions before you order

The four things that come up most often, before someone calls the counter directly.

How fast does an order actually ship?

Anything confirmed before 2pm Central ships same day out of the Austin warehouse. Confirmed after that, it goes out the next morning. Confirmation happens once someone here has checked the shelf, not automatically when you submit the form.

What if I don't know the exact part number?

Describe the symptom instead — a crooked spray pattern, a strainer clogging every tank, a pump losing pressure — and send a photo of the part if you can. Our cross-reference staff work from symptoms and photos as often as they work from a stamped code.

Do you carry tractor or implement parts?

No. This catalog is spray and application hardware only — nozzles, filters, hose, fittings and pump seals. No tractor engine parts, no tillage steel, no seed, and we won't pretend otherwise to make a sale.

Is the price basis on this page a quote?

No. Each price basis tells you what the part is priced by — orifice size, mesh count, thread size or pump model — not a binding number. The final price and availability come back in our reply once the order is confirmed against stock.
